| General Regulations |
Relevant activities are required to correspond to the Exhibition Schedule. All people are reminded to wear relevant badges when entering the fair venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission of non-badge holders. Exhibitors and visitors should tend the public facilities. Violators will be fined. No photo taking or video shooting will be allowed in the fair venue, unless approval by the Organizer in advance. No exhibitors are permitted to distribute any promotional materials, souvenirs and the like in the public area of the fair venue. Exhibitors are forbidden to use any audio equipment. Violators will be penalized a fine of RMB 5,000-10,000 Yuan. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their own booths. The Exhibitor who is approved by the Organizer shall assume all responsibility. Under no circumstance will the Organizer be responsible for receiving or storing of any exhibits or booth material. Exhibitors are advised to appoint their staff to look after their own exhibits. No retail is allowed in the fair venue. Exhibits can only be removed with Move-out Permit until the Fair is officially closed. During the booth construction, flammable and explosive articles are prohibited in the fair venue, as well as smoking and open flame work. Violators will be fined. Food or beverages are forbidden to be taken into the fair venue. |
| Insurance |
The Organizer undertakes no financial or legal responsibility for any type of risk concerning or affecting the exhibitors/visitors, their personal belongings and exhibits. Exhibitors are therefore responsible for taking out all necessary insurance to cover their exhibits, the booth fittings and fixtures, the venue and other third parties. For exhibitors with precious exhibits, they are requested to take out insurance coverage and/or special security service at the exhibitors' expense for overnight storage. |
| Cleaning |
The Organizer will take charge of the cleaning of standard booths and public area (Excluding custom-built booths) during booth construction and move-out. The Organizer also provides charged service for cleaning. Exhibitors must keep clean of the booths during the fair. Packing materials can not be piled in the passage. Rubbish must be put into the dustbin and removed by the fair staff. All custom-built booth exhibitors are required to lodge a cleaning deposit. The deposit will be refunded concerned after the Fair if their sites are, as approved upon the Cleaning Certificate , clear from damages to the exhibition venue and/or of any rubbish. In order to maintain a clear and tidy exhibition area, consumption of food is not allowed in the booth. Exhibitors and their staff may use of certain specified place within the Exhibition Halls for consumption of their food. |
| Security |
Public security will be taken to guarantee the order and safety in the fair venue. Security services include guards, venue inspection, and fire protection, parking management and patrolling outside the fair venue. The above measures are only means of prevention. For avoiding any losses or damages, exhibitors must be alert of any actual or potential crimes. The Organizer will not be responsible for any losses and damages made by the third party. In the interest of order and security, no exhibits can be moved in or out during fair period without permission of the Organizer. If finding any suspected person, please inform the staff and guards on-site. |
| Electricity |
The Organizer will provide basic illumination inside the venue. All electrical works shall be carried out at Exhibitor's expense by the official contractor appointed by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to dismantle any electrical sources and appliances caused danger to the general public. |
| Intellectual Property Rights |
Exhibitors must guarantee their exhibits, packaging, promotional materials or any part of the booth not to violate or infringe intellectual property rights of other exhibitors. Otherwise, the Exhibitor should assume all legal obligations. Unless the Exhibitor can prove the possession to sell or display the disputed products or materials, or the Exhibitor should remove the disputed products or material immediately from display and signs an undertaking provided by the Organizer not to display or deal with any such item for the rest of the exhibition period, but is subsequently found to be in breach of such an undertaking, the Organizer reserves the right to confiscate the disputed products or materials and terminate the Exhibitor's right of participation for the rest of the Exhibition period. Any dispute of Intellectual Property Rights happened in the Exhibition period should be handled by the Organizer. Negotiating with disputed party without permission will be regarding as violation of the Exhibition Hall's order. |
| Guarantee of Product Quality |
All exhibits should be qualified products (according with relevant national criterion). False and inferior products are prohibited. Exhibitors are required to self-examine the exhibits, if there is any hidden quality problem, Exhibitors should cooperate with the Organizer for inspection and rectification on-site. A notice to rectify exhibits will be sent to the exhibitors whose products are not qualified when the fair staff inspect on-site during the period of booth construction and moving-out. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate its participation in the Exhibition. |
| Fire Protection |
In order to guarantee the fire security of the exhibition hall, Exhibitors are required to obey the regulation as follow: 1. Exhibitors must attach importance to the fire protection. |
